Terms & Conditions

•Each Room has 1 King Size Bed, 1 Wash/bathroom with shower & basin mixer, 1 Balcony with comfortable Sofa and Tables.

•Extra person sharing a room are charged Rs. 2500

•There is 20% reduction on all bookings from May 1st to September 30th.

•No TV, No AC, No Music, No Swimming Pool.

•Check in by 12 pm. Check out by 10 am.

•Alcohol is strictly prohibited in the premises.

•No Plastics allowed here, please take back any that you bring along.

•Booking confirmation requires full payment in advance.

•All our delicious and wholesome meals are prepared with mostly organic ingredients and moderately spiced, so the delicate
flavor are enhanced. Some of the Spices & veggies, fruits used in the cuisine are grown here and others sourced from local
farms.

•Breakfast will be Closed by 9:00 am, Lunch will be Closed at 3:00 pm. Dinner will be Closed at 9:00 pm. Kindly adhere to the timings.

•Children below 5 is complimentary. Children between 6-12 years 50% of Tariff(Rs.1250).

•We don’t provide accommodation for Drivers.

•Airport Pick up & Drop facility available.

•Birds, Reptiles, small animals might be seen inside our Garden who don’t harm you unless you do. Be gentle to them, they
are our companions.

•Talk softly and remain calm. We are building an eco friendly environment accompanied by varieties of plants, birds &
animals for a better tomorrow. Be a part of it.

•Plant a tree.

•All outdoor lights will be switched off at 10pm.

•Safari guides are available at extra cost.
